Article 1 (Purpose and Scope of Application)

This app "Chat-based Medicine Consultation Tool" (hereinafter referred to as "this app") is a system that provides reference information for over-the-counter medicines based on symptoms. It is currently released as a limited beta test for testers only and is not an official medical service. By using this app, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

These terms govern use of this app (the service). Use of source code published in the development repository is subject to the LICENSE file included in the repository (PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0).

Article 2 (About Beta Testing)

  1. This app is limited to a select group of testers for the purpose of operation verification, function testing, and improvement proposals.
  2. Since this app is in the testing phase, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or stability of the displayed content.
  3. Usage data collected during the testing period will be used anonymously and statistically for service improvement.

Article 3 (Disclaimer and Compliance with Pharmaceutical Laws)

  1. The information in this app is for general reference only and does not replace the judgment of medical professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, or registered sellers.
  2. The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from actions or judgments made by users based on information from this app.
  3. The operator is not responsible for any disadvantages to users due to app suspension, malfunctions, modifications, or deletion.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Testers must not engage in the following activities:

  1. Forwarding URLs to others and allowing unauthorized third parties to use the app
  2. Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
  3. Unauthorized publication or reproduction of app content externally
  4. Inputting false information
  5. Misusing the app for commercial purposes
  6. Activities that interfere with app operation
  7. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals

Article 5 (Changes and Termination of Beta Content)

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the app content without prior notice.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Intellectual property rights such as copyrights, programs, and designs related to this app belong to the operator or rightful owners.
  2. Source code for this app is licensed under PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 in the development repository (GitHub). Non-commercial use, modification, and redistribution are permitted. Commercial use requires the operator's prior written permission.
  3. These terms govern use of this app (the service) and may differ from the source code license terms in the preceding item.
  4. Image assets and medicine data used in this app are subject to separate rights holders or terms of use.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes arising from this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
